Consequently, this will foster a more sustainable technology sector.
On August 29, 2024, the National Workshop on the Right to Repair in the Mobile and Electronics Sector convened. It gathered industry stakeholders to build a consensus on the framework for evaluating repairability. This workshop focused on consumer friendly factors: enhancing product longevity, ensuring easy access to repair information, and making spare parts available even after products are discontinued.
