Bharatiya Anthariksh Station (BAS) – Our space station for scientific research is to be established with the launch of its first module in 2028. To work towards it,  the Next Generation Launch Vehicle (NGLV) development has also been approved. It will be a significant step towards the Government’s vision of establishing and operating the Bharatiya Antariksh Station and developing capability for Indian Crewed Landing on the Moon by 2040.
